FICO SCORE

Do you know your FICO score? A poor FICO (credit) score could be costing you money!"

Did you know that your ability to secure any type of financing depends on 3 numbers called a FICO score? Fico's range anywhere from a very very poor score of 300, and up to 850 or more which is excellent. Most consumer's are able to secure financing with reasonable interest rates, if their fico is between 690 and 750. Even if you have a good credit rating, there could be information in your credit report that is incorrect; or that even belongs to someone else!  Knowing what's in your credit file is essential if you as a consumer expect to secure any type of financing at favorable rates.

Did you know that according to the US Public Interest Research Group, there are mistakes and false information in (4) out of (5) credit reports? This could be costing you thousands of dollars!!! In the same survey carried out by the PIRG, one quarter of the credit reports ordered contained errors that would seriously affect the consumer's ability to obtain credit and would probably cost them thousands of dollars in interest on their mortgage.

The survey revealed errors such as accounts and late payments that did not belong to the person concerned, and over (90%) of the credit reports contained demographic information that was incorrect due to misspellings, outdated information, or a tradeline that belonged to someone else. Almost all of the reports actually had the same loan or mortgage listed twice on the same credit report.

Just about all of the reports had mistakes that would have serious adverse effects on the consumer's creditworthiness due to mortgage and loan information that was completely missing from the credit report; and almost one third (30%) had the opposite of the above; by containing information that shouldn't have been in the report; such as credit accounts that had been closed by the consumer but were still shown on the report as being open.

The information in your credit report contains information about your complete bill payment history and mode of living. Are you sure if the information about you is TRUE?.

Subsequently, you may not find out the anwser to the above question, until you get refused for some type of credit; so why not take action now? because the above situation could be costing you $$$.

We conduct conference calls monday thru friday to anwser any questions you may have.
