The Process
THE CONSUMER WOULD OBTAIN COPIES OF THEIR CREDIT REPORTS.
1. The process begins with the consumer ordering copies of their credit reports with scores from the (3) major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and Transunion). This can be done by contacting the agencies below directly by phone or by clicking on the link to their websites. If the consumer has not recieved any credit report copies in 2010; the consumer is eligible to obtain FREE copies of their reports from each credit bureau. Click on the free credit report form below. The consumer(s) would obtain 1 copy of their credit file from each of the (3) reporting agencies However, for $60.00 we can obtain the credit report copies for the consumer.

2. Once the consumer(s) are in possession of their file; the consumer would contact CRS, and then send to us via fax, scanned e-mail attachment, or, regular US Mail complete copies front and back of ALL (3) credit reports; in-order for us to assist them in doing an item by item audit of their file, and for the consumer to pick an item from any one of the (3) reports; inorder for CRS to work on for free.
The auditing process can be conducted, via telephone, windows live messenger, or in person; If the consumer resides in Jacksonville Fl, we will schedule an appointment for an office visit. After the auditing has taken place, and when the consumer determines which free item we will work on; the next step is to sign our retainer fee and escrow agreement; and then we would move on to # (3) below.
3. CRS would work on the (1) item to be removed from the client(s) credit file from free. Once the item is deleted from the credit file of the client(s); they would release the retainer fee from escrow, and if the consumer lives in Jacksonville Fl, they would come to our office and sign our (1) year consumer services contract; and all of the other required documentation; provide a copy of their drivers license or any other valid photo ID.
NOTE: For consumers in other parts of the united states; all of the above processes can be handled via us mail, e-mail, or fax.
4.Once the auditing process and the free item removal process has taken place; and the consumer is under contract, CRS will draft the proper dispute letters on behalf of the client(s), and then send (1) letter each to the (3) reporting agencies; via certified mail return reciept requested, and the client would be provided a copy of the certified mail reciept. At this point both the client(s) and CRS will have to wait (45) days for a response from the credit reporting agencies.
5. After (45) days if any positive improvements occur in the client(s) credit report; the client(s) should receive revised reports from the agencies minus the items that were originally disputed; and the client(s) would immediately fax or e-mail complete copies of all (3) revised reports to CRS. We would then bill / invoice the client(s) for the positive improvements.
6. However, After the (1) free item removal process has taken place; and If NO DELETIONS OR POSITIVE IMPROVEMENTS OCCUR TO THE CLIENT(S) CREDIT FILE during the initial (45) day dispute process; CRS will not bill / invoice the client(s). At this point CRS and the client(s) would move on to the next step in the dispute process; with the client(s) participating every step of the way.
7. Every (45) days, the letter drafting and dispute process; step #4; would be repeated over and over again until the client(s) credit file is rehabilitated to reflect the most positive bill payment history possible.
Unlike other so called credit restoration firms who lock consumers into monthly payment contracts and never improve the consumers credit file; and where the consumer never actually see results ALL of our client(s) will have the opportunity to see an item removed from their credit file BEFORE retaining / contracting with us.
We conduct conference calls monday thru friday to anwser any questions you may have.
