The Process
THE CONSUMER WOULD PROCEED AS FOLLOWS BELOW:
1. The process begins with the consumer participating in a free consultation with "CRS" inorder to find out exactly what the consumer intends to accomplish by using our service. The consumer would then complete our welcome package paperwork, and then send everything back to "CRS" along with a (One-Time) set-up fee;that is required to be placed in escrow with safe funds. All future payments are to be paid as per the client(s) pre-selected options (1) or, (2).
NOTE: (See how safe funds works).
2. The credit reporting bureaus would either send the consumers credit reports back to the consumer or, they will send the reports back to "CRS." Once the consumer(s) are in possession of their file(s); "CRS" would assist the consumer in doing an item by item audit of their file inorder for "CRS" to indentify which items they should work on to improve their credit file information.
3. "CRS" would provide the consumer with a plan of action to correct the consumer's overall financial & credit situation via a written report.
NOTE: For consumers in other parts of the united states; all of the above processes can be handled via us mail, e-mail, or fax.
4.Once the auditing process has taken place; and the consumer is under contract, "CRS" will implement the plan of action by drafting situation specific dispute letters on behalf of the client. The letters would be sent via certified mail return reciept requested, and the client would be provided with a copy of the certified mail reciept. At this point both the client(s) and "CRS" will have to wait (45) days for a response from the credit reporting agencies.
NOTE: "CRS" does not send out any blind dispute letters on behalf of our clients. All of the dispute letters drafted on behalf of our client(s) are specificly aimed at correcting or deleting information that cannot be verified as 100% accurate by the credit reporting bureaus.
5. After (45) days if any positive improvements occur in the client(s) credit report; the client(s) should receive revised reports from the agencies minus the items that were originally disputed; and the client(s) would immediately fax or e-mail complete copies of all (3) revised reports to CRS.
6. However, If NO DELETIONS OR POSITIVE IMPROVEMENTS OCCUR IN THE CLIENT(S) CREDIT FILE during the initial (45) day dispute process;"CRS" and the client(s) would move on to the next step in the credit file correction process; and the client(s) would participate every step of the way.
7. Every (45) days, the letter drafting and dispute process; step #4; would be repeated over and over again until the client(s) credit file is rehabilitated to reflect the most positive bill payment history possible.
Unlike other so called credit restoration firms who lock consumers into monthly payment contracts and never improve the consumers credit file; and where the consumer never actually see results ALL of our client(s) will have the opportunity to see an item removed from their credit file BEFOREwe do.
