The Process

THE CONSUMER WOULD PROCEED AS FOLLOWS BELOW:

1. The process would begin with the consumer downloading and filling out our

Client Preliminary Evaluation Form.docx  and then participating in a free consultation with "CRC" in-order to find out exactly what the consumer intends to accomplish by using our service. If the consumer wants to move forward after the free consultation; they would obtain their credit report copies (1) each from www.experian.com  www.transunion.com  www.equifax.com  or, for immediate access to your credit files go to www.truecredit.com and enroll in their credit monitoring program. You will be able to access all (3) of your files immediately.

2.Once the consumer is in receipt of their credit file(s) the consumer would make copies and send them to us, in order for us to assist you in doing am item by item audit of their files. If the consumer signs up via www.truecredit.com; we will proceed immediately with the item by item audit via, our screen sharing technology. After the aforementioned process is complete, and if the consumer still wants to move forward; "CRC" would send the consumer our enrollment documentation. The consumer would complete the documents; and then mail everything back to us, along with one-half of our retainer fee; as per their pre-selected option. The consumer would place the other 1/2 of our retainer fee in escrow with www.safefunds.com (SEE OUR FEE SCHEDULE)

3. Once "CRC" is receipt of our enrollment documentation; and after the (3) day cancellation period has expired; "CRC" will implement the plan of action by drafting situation specific dispute letters on behalf of the client. The letters would be sent via certified mail return receipt requested, and the client would be provided with copies of the certified mail receipts. At this point both the client(s) and "CRC" will have to wait (30) days to (45) for a response from the credit reporting agencies.

NOTE: "CRC" does not send out any blind dispute letters on behalf of our clients. All of the dispute letters drafted on behalf of our client(s) are specificly aimed at correcting or deleting information that cannot be verified as 100% accurate by the credit reporting bureaus.

4. After (30) to (45) days if any positive improvements occur in the client(s) credit report; the client(s) should receive revised reports from the agencies minus the items that were originally disputed; and the client(s) would immediately fax or e-mail complete copies of all (3) revised reports to CRC.

5. However, If NO DELETIONS OR POSITIVE IMPROVEMENTS OCCUR IN THE CLIENT(S) CREDIT FILE during the initial (30) to (45) day dispute process;"CRC" and the client(s) would move on to the next step in the credit file correction  process; and the client(s) would participate every step of the way.

6. Every (30) to (45) days, the letter drafting and dispute process; step  # 3 would be repeated over and over again until the client(s) credit file is rehabilitated to reflect the most positive bill payment history possible.

Unlike other so called credit restoration firms who lock consumers into monthly payment contracts and never improve the consumers credit file; and where the consumer never actually see results ALL of our client(s) will have the opportunity to see (5) items removed from their credit file BEFORE we do; because all correspondance comes back to the client first from the reporting agencies. Please see our fee structure page.
