2. Do you know what to do, and how to start the process?
3. Do you know which items to dispute and the ones not to dispute?
4. Do you understand the difference between a hard dispute or a soft dispute?
5. Do you know how your credit file information is reported to the bureaus?
6. Do you know who complies your file information?
7. Do you you know if the information in your credit file is expired?
8. Do you know who to send a cease and desist letter to?
9. Do you know who to send a debt validation letter to?
10. Do you know in which order to start your dispute process?
11. If you are considering the purchase of a do it yourself credit repair kit, does the kit explain points (1) through (10) in detail? If not, then you need the services of a professional.
