PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is an Economic Stimulus Package that is designed to fund commercial and residential real estate development projects worldwide. Are you a long term player that has established your credit worthiness? do you have a strong reliable management/development team that is able to operate your business profitably? if your anwser is yes, then we can help.
We will arrange on your behalf an "AA" rated or better top 50 worldbank stand by letter of credit, bank guarantee, or certificate of deposit, with no upfront fees. The financial Instrument will be blocked in a top 50 International bank and placed on administrative hold, in order to secure funding for your project.

PROGRAM PROCEDURE
The procedure for initiating this program is as follows:
Client speaks to a representative of Credit Rehab Consultants LLC in order to discuss the exact amount of funds that are needed to cover all of the expenses associated with the project, and Subject to the completion of our due diligence and if the project accepted; the client would sign and submit the following: Our Credit Rehab Consultants LLC Retainer Fee Agreement.docx our Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement.doc, our Joint Venture Consultant Agreement.docx our Funding Request Letter.doc our Client Information Sheet.doc,and our Corporate Resolution Document.doc The client would submit everything back to us via fax or e-mail. If you are a broker submitting a request on behalf of your client; please see our Co-Broker Agreement.docx
Please note, if you can not retain our services as per our Retainer Fee Agreement; please do not waste our time.
After all of the above has taken place, the client would submit a complete project business plan with a profit and expenses proforma (showing the expected monthly expenses and incomes for duration of funding term). If we do not have to suggest changes to the business plan; we would move on to (1) in the process.
1. The client would complete our collateral request documentation, and we would arrange for one of the following:
A Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)
A Bank Guarantee (BG) or,
A Certificate of Deposit (CD)
(All of the above instruments will be cash backed)
2. Once the client has an agreement for the collateral commitment from the instrument source, we would move on to step 3 in the process.
3. The client's funding request would get submitted to one of our funding sources along with the collateral instrument's Deed Of Agreement.
4. The lender agrees to fund the client's project subject to the terms in the Deed Of Agreement
5. The collateral provider and lender completes the transaction, and your project is funded.
