Fee Structure
CONSUMERS ONLY PAY FOR POSITIVE IMPROVEMENTS
TO THEIR CREDIT FILE(S) AFTER THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE.
In order to remain in compliance with laws that apply to credit rehabilitation companies, we do not charge any upfront fees, nor do we collect any fees until AFTER we have completed work on a client's credit file, and our payment structure is as follows:
Option (1) The Individual Plan: retainer fee to be placed in escrow with safe funds is: $300.00. The per item deletion fee and all other fees are to be placed in escrow with safe funds; after reciept of invoice from CRS; with instructions to be released when work is complete on the client's credit file.
After the free item removal process is complete and the retainer fee is released from safe funds escrow; under the Standard Individual Plan; the individual would be invoiced at $50.00 per positive improvement per report; and invoiced 1.50% of the debt amount that is deleted from the client(s) credit file. This billing cycle would occur every (45) days, as per the information below;
Example: (1) At 1.50% the individual client has (5) charged-off items per file totaling $15,000.00; and CRS has all (5) of the charged-off items deleted from each of the clients (3) credit files. The client would pay CRS; $225.00 plus the $50.00 per deleted item per file.
(45) days after the item(s) have been deleted or adjusted to "Paid As Agreed" "Paying As Agreed" " Paid Closed Never Late" "No Longer On File" or "Currently Not Reporting"; the individual would be pay pal invoiced at $50.00 dollars per deleted item per report, or per positive improvement; upon receipt of invoice from “CRS”; under the standard (individual) plan.
NOTE: We will work on removing public record information, but we do not guarantee removal. For bankruptcies, tax liens, forclosures, repossessions, and judgments; we charge $300.00 per deleted item per report.
Option (2) The Couples Plan: retainer fee to be placed in escrow with safe funds is: $600.00. The per item deletion fee and all other fees are to be placed in escrow with safe funds; after reciept of invoice from CRS; with instructions to be released when work is complete on the client's credit file.
After the free item removal process is complete and the retainer fee is released from safe funds escrow; under the Couples Plan; the couple would be invoiced at $60.00 per positive improvement per report; and invoiced 1.75% of the debt amount that is deleted from the client(s) credit file. This billing cycle would occur every (45) days, as per the information below.
Example: (2) At 1.75% a couple has (5) charged-off items per file; (3) files for the husband, and (3) files for the wife, totaling $30,000.00 in charged-off debt. CRS has all of the charged-off items deleted from the (6) credit files; the couple would pay CRS $525.00; plus the $60.00 per deleted item per file.
(45) days after the item(s) have been deleted or adjusted to "Paid As Agreed"; "Paying As Agreed" " Paid Closed Never Late" "Paying As Agreed" "No Longer On File" or "Currently Not Reporting" the couple would be pay pal invoiced at $60.00 dollars per deleted item per report, or per positive improvement; upon receipt of invoice from “CRS”; under the standard (couples) plan.
