Fee Schedule
In order to remain in compliance with laws that apply to credit rehabilitation companies, after our contract is signed by the consumer; the consumer has a (3) day right to cancel their contract with "CRC". We will not order the credit reports, nor will we start work on the credit file(s) until the (3) day period has expired.
Contract For Service: (6) months
One-Time flat retainer fee for individuals is $350.00
After you have completed the preliminary evaluation form, and if you still want to move forward; we charge a $350.00 retainer fee for individuals in-order to start work on all (3) of your consumer credit files. You will order your reports as per the instructions on our process page, and once you are in possession of your reports; you would make copies, and then send them to us. Upon our receipt the report copies, we would assist you in doing an item by item audit of your files, and then give you a complete written analysis on exactly what items are lowering your credit scores at Equifax,Transunion, & Experian. Our services will be provided as follows: credit file auditing, drafting a detailed plan of action, drafting situation specific dispute letters, debt & budget counseling, debt settlement negotiations directly with creditors, fico score improvement assistance, & if needed home purchase assistance.
The flat retainer fee payment will proceed as follows:
1. The client would complete and return our enrollment documentation.
2. The client will place 1/2 of the retainer fee $175.00 in escrow with www.safefunds.com; and mail the the remaining $175.00 to us, so we can start work on their file(s).
3. The balance of the fee would get released to us after (5) items have been deleted from your credit file(s). After the balance of the fee is released, we will continue working on your credit files until the expiration of our contract. Safe Funds Retainer Fee Agreement-1.doc
One-Time flat retainer fee for couples $450.00 for the credit reports.
After the has completed seperate preliminary evaluation forms, and if you still want to move forward; we charge a $450.00 retainer fee for couples in-order to start work on all (6) of their consumer credit files, the couple would order their reports and once they are in possession of the reports; we would assist them in doing an item by item audit of all (6) files. We would then give the couple seperate written break-downs on exactly what items are lowering their credit scores at Equifax, Transunion, & Experian. Our services will be provided as follows: credit file auditing, drafting a detailed plan of action, drafting situation specific dispute letters, debt & budget counseling, debt settlement negotiations directly with creditors, fico score improvement assistance, & if needed home purchase assistance.
There are no other fees required with our credit restoration services; and we guarantee positive results in writing.
